Job Purpose: 
The Agency Account Manager is a contributory liaison working with Agency Sales Reps to proactively manage client relationships and successes, ensuring the achievement of agent expectations while providing excellent customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills to help build relationships and partner with agents and Agency Sales Representatives to achieve these goals.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs,quality of work and high performance.
  • Support the Agency Sales Representatives regarding activities related to allassigned accounts such as remittance processing, A/R clean up, E&O renewals,etc.
  • Support the Agency Sales Representatives during their customer on-sitevisitations and presentations (on site and virtual).
  • Collaborate with aligned Agency Sales Representatives to identify and implementefficiencies in the remittance, audit and compliance processes.
  • Support Agency Underwriting Counsel as needed.
  • Liaise between Agency Support and the Agent regarding AMS needs, including:user log in issues, appointments, and cancellations, executions of andamendments to Schedule A.
  • Resolve outstanding inventory with the Agents once/quarter.
  • Run and distribute premium report to team once/week.
  • Process refund and write off requests.
  • Support Agency Sales Representative with regard to the distribution, processingand approval of new applications.
  • Assist with Continuing Education compliance.
  • Maintain and service any existing agents that may be assigned to you

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and assignments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.Strong organizational and planning skills for multitasking.
  • Ability and confidence to develop original written language and correspondencefor developing reports and proposals, as well as customer and fieldcommunications.
  • Good people skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects on time.
  • Positive attitude, high energy level, strong desire to interact directly withcustomers, high comfort level making presentations, and ability/willingness towork additional hours as job requirements and projects require.reports and proposals, as well as customer and field communications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and handheld devices.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements/ADA:

No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.

Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.

Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.

Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Days and hours of full –time position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Travel:
Minimal travel may be required.
