What is an agency receptionist?

Agency receptionists are professionals who manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at an agency. Their main responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing inquiries, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks such as mail distribution and data entry. They play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of the agency's daily activities.

To thrive as an Agency Receptionist, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor, typically supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
