Agency Receptionist

We are recruiting for a local insurance company who is searching for a bilingual Spanish speaking Agency Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented and their key responsibilities will be to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, and providing professional, bilingual support in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Communicate clearly and courteously with Spanish- and English-speaking clients
- Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Scan, upload, and electronically file documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Learn and navigate agency management systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative support tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support team members with clerical and office-related requests as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone presence and customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
