Full Time | Temporary Assignment

We are recruiting for a local insurance company who is searching for a bilingual Spanish speaking Agency Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented and their key responsibilities will be to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, and providing professional, bilingual support in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with Spanish- and English-speaking clients
  • Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Scan, upload, and electronically file documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Learn and navigate agency management systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with basic data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support team members with clerical and office-related requests as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information
