Position Title: Receptionist (Temp Staffing Agency)

Please note that this is temporary role. The selected candidate will be employed by our third-party staffing agency.


Position Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, supporting office operations, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.


Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk and Visitor Management:
    Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-ins, ensure compliance with our Security Policy, and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Phone and Communication Support:
    Answer and route incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Office Operations Assistance:
    Support daily office operations, maintain stocked snacks, and coordinate meeting room needs.
  • Vendor and Service Coordination:
    Assist with vendor scheduling, coordinate services, and handle basic vendor communications.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory:
    Monitor, restock, and organize office supplies, and maintain inventory logs.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Previous Reception or Front Desk Experience, ideally 2 years in similar role
  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Organizational and Multitasking skills
  • Onsite Availability: must be available to work fully onsite Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
