Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced PTs to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers flexibility and independence while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel to patients’ homes to provide skilled physical therapy

  • Assess, treat, and develop care plans based on patient needs

  • Document visits and progress accurately

  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

  • Active Florida PT license

  • Minimum 1 year of homecare experience

  • Reliable transportation
