  • Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Partner consultatively with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical roles and team needs
  • Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach strategies

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines
