Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a Full Time Licensed Senior Auto Producer, you will be responsible for assisting in growing our Property & Casualty and Life insurance business. We are a fast paced Allstate Agency in the Miami area and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

Primary Job Responsibilities include;

Addressing incoming prospect sales calls.

Conducting outgoing prospecting sales calls from given leads.

Assisting potential walk-in prospects.

Logging in all prospect interactions for future follow up.

Relentlessly follow up with prospects.

Follow given sales talk paths.

Specialize in the sales of personal auto, home, life and commercial auto.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 440 or 220 and 215 State License Highly and Strongly Preferred.
  • If not already licensed a candidate must have a very strong sales background.

If not already licensed this position will require you to:

  • Complete and pass a course to achieve the 440 Insurance CSR state license before employment begins.
  • We will give you the details of all course offerings and schedules in the Miami-Dade area.
  • We are offering reimbursement of course fees after 90 days employment.
  • Must be bilingual.
