We are searching for a passionate Agency Development Manager in Long Beach. The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance agent who leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.

Successful business leaders prioritize:
  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents
  • Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents
  • Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences
  • Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
  • Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
  • Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
  • Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment

Beneficial Qualifications and/or Skills:
  • Experience in B2B sales
