Job description

At HOKALI, we simplify how schools book, organize, and manage after-school programs and camps. Our platform helps schools find and book a wide variety of onsite programs to supplement learning and enrich students' extracurricular experiences. About the Role
We're looking for an organized and people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites.
This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.
In this role, you will:
  • Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI's core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth.
  • Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics-including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation-while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports).
  • Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk management.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area Manager.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: Salaried position (based on experience)
Requirements
    • 18+ years of age
    • An educational background in education, child development, or a related field is highly preferred.
    • Passion for education and working with kids.
    • Strong leadership and professionalism skills when working with schools and students.
    • Experience working in schools and leading large teams.
    • Ability to engage and inspire students in a fun and educational environment.
    • Ability and willingness to complete 6 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
