As an After School Program Manager with Kamaสปฤina Kids, you'll lead a team that creates a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment where children can learn, explore, build friendships, and have fun. You'll coach staff, partner with families and schools, and oversee a program that makes a lasting impact on Hawaiสปi's keiki.

What You'll Do
Every afternoon brings new opportunities to lead, support, and inspire.
You'll:
  • Oversee the daily operations of an after-school program serving school-age children.
  • Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and engaged.
  • Plan enriching activities including games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, homework support, outdoor recreation, and team-building activities.
  • Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners.
  • Manage attendance, staffing, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day program operations.
  • Foster a positive team culture while ensuring every child has an exceptional after-school experience.
