BryceTech is seeking an Organizational Developer to provide organizational development, strategic planning, and advisory support to the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Warfare Directorate (AFRL/RJ) and Information and Spectrum Warfare Directorate (AFRL/RF) under the JUPITER program at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The Organizational Developer will support AFRL leadership and technical organizations in assessing organizational needs, improving organizational effectiveness, and developing strategies to support evolving mission requirements. The Organizational Developer will apply expertise in organizational development, organizational planning, leadership development, strategic planning, and change management to support AFRL initiatives. The position will work across technical and organizational stakeholders to assess current and future organizational needs, develop recommendations, facilitate organizational improvements, and support implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities * Provide organizational development and advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF
* Support organizational planning and development activities associated with evolving AFRL mission requirements
* Assess organizational structures, processes, capabilities, and workforce needs
* Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, collaboration, communication, and performance
* Develop recommendations to address organizational challenges and improve mission effectiveness
* Support strategic planning and implementation of organizational initiatives
* Assess current and future organizational capabilities in relation to mission, technology, and workforce requirements
* Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
* Facilitate organizational assessments, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements
* Develop organizational strategies, plans, assessments, briefing materials, and decision-support products
* Support leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives
* Analyze organizational processes and recommend improvements to roles, responsibilities, workflows, and decision-making
* Support development and refinement of organizational structures and operating approaches
* Facilitate collaboration among government, industry, academia, and other stakeholders
* Gather and analyze organizational, workforce, and stakeholder information to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
* Provide leadership with objective assessments and recommendations regarding organizational effectiveness and development
* Support integration of organizational development activities with strategic and technical planning efforts
* Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, reports, assessments, and recommendations to government leadership
* Support organizational development activities associated with technology planning, R&D, and future capability development
* Apply organizational development and strategic planning principles to complex technical and mission-focused organizations
* Support other organizational development, strategic planning, and advisory activities within the JUPITER scope Qualifications Required Qualifications * Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI)
* Four-year degree in a field directly related to organizational development or the position's assigned duties
* Demonstrated experience in organizational development, organizational planning, strategic planning, leadership development, change management, or a related field
* Ability to assess organizational challenges and develop practical recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior government leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing briefings, presentations, reports, and recommendations
* Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting AFRL, Department of the Air Force, U.S. Space Force, DARPA, DoD, or other federal R&D organizations
* Experience supporting technically complex, science and technology, engineering, or research organizations
* Experience with organizational transformation, change management, or organizational design
* Experience developing strategic plans, organizational assessments, workforce strategies, or implementation plans
* Experience facilitating executive-level workshops, working groups, or organizational assessments
* Experience supporting leadership development initiatives
* Experience working across government, industry, academia, FFRDCs, or other technical organizations
* Familiarity with DoD organizational structures, processes, and mission environments
* Experience translating organizational assessments into actionable recommendations
