Job description

ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to support strategic business development and stakeholder engagement activities for the Air Force Research Laboratory. This position plays a key role in developing branding materials, organizing digital assets, and supporting cross-functional marketing efforts that promote AFRL capabilities and align with program goals.

Key Role:

  • Conduct market research to inform branding strategies, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop visually compelling marketing collateral including brochures, facility flyers, signage, briefings, and presentations in accordance with established brand guidelines.
  • Organize and manage a technical asset library, including videos, photos, templates, capability documents, and proposal references.
  • Build and maintain a centralized digital asset library to support marketing, proposals, and brand-aligned deliverables.
  • Provide graphic design support for facility modeling, promotional signage, aesthetics improvements, and visual conceptualizations.
  • Assist with copywriting and content editing for proposals, internal briefings, and public-facing materials.
  • Support proposal development through formatting, visual enhancements, and compliance with AFRL and STINFO requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure marketing materials are up to date and easily accessible across the team.
  • Participate in industry conferences, client engagements, and meetings to promote AFRL capabilities and gather strategic insights.
  • Design high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and other design tools that align with AFRL standards.
  • Apply AFRL-specific forms, templates, and workflows to support documentation and business development initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with technical teams, program leadership, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to visual and editorial detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, especially with shared databases and digital asset libraries.
  • Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and onsite support as needed.
  • Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
