Key Responsibilities

  • Standardization & Compliance: Implement protocols and identify areas for clinical improvement to drive consistency across clinics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer, and maintain strong ties with regulatory agencies and the broader medical community.
  • Hands-On Engagement: Conduct quarterly clinic site visits and participate in virtual meetings, fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Serve as a compliance and risk mitigation expert, representing LaserAway's clinical excellence at every level.
