Full-time aestheticians often manage a busy schedule balancing client appointments, administrative tasks, and staying updated on the latest skincare techniques and products. A common challenge is addressing diverse skin concerns and tailoring treatments to individual needs while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, building strong client relationships and trust is key, as well as working collaboratively with other team members such as dermatologists, nurses, or other aestheticians to provide comprehensive care.
