My client is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified or board-eligible Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon to join their growing practice in Danville, California.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon who is passionate about facial aesthetics, breast surgery, body contouring, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, patient-centered, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build a long-term practice within a rapidly growing physician-led organization.

The surgeon will have access to an established patient base, dedicated marketing support, experienced clinical staff, and a fully accredited surgery center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring

• Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness teams to provide comprehensive care

• Participate in practice growth initiatives, education, and community outreach

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards

• Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery

• Eligible for California medical licensure

• Fellowship training or advanced experience in aesthetic surgery preferred

• Strong consultation and communication skills

• Commitment to patient safety and exceptional outcomes

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth and innovation
