Position: Advertising and Promotions Manager โ€“ AI Trainer Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $25โ€“$50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10โ€“40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising strategies, promotional programs, and campaign initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative advertising solutions. Develop, review, and refine advertising copy, scripts, layouts, and multimedia content aligned with brand standards.

Apply advertising expertise to train and improve AI systems focused on campaign strategy and creative execution. Facilitate communication with media partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Stay current on advertising trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI technologies. Requirements Professional experience in advertising, promotions management, or related marketing leadership roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, creative tools, and analytics.
