We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to lead our media presence through paid social management, coaching team members on organic social management, and designing graphics and content for the Superior Auto brand.

The ideal candidate is both a creator and strategist—comfortable designing graphics, producing video content, managing social media campaigns (paid and organic), coaching retail teams, and analyzing performance to improve results.

What You Will Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms and manage budgets.
  • Serve as the company's internal social media expert and train retail teams on content creation, community engagement, and social media best practices.
  • Create and edit engaging graphics, photography, short-form videos, flyers, signage, and promotional materials with design programs.
  • Manage and execute Superior Auto's organic social media strategy across all platforms and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize the Constant Contact email marketing platform to engage with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing and running paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising and experience in photography and video production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suit and/or other design programs required.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a driving record in good standing.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Work in an office setting and outside in all weather, carrying or picking up 20lbs or less, bending, sitting for periods of time, data entry, driving, speaking, clarity of vision for driving, standing, and walking.
