What You'll Do
  • Lead and grow a high-quality adult day program focused on health, wellness, and meaningful engagement
  • Supervise, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of staff and volunteers
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care
  • Ensure excellence through strong program oversight, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Drive community outreach, enrollment, and program expansion
  • Manage budgets, track outcomes, and share program impact with stakeholders
