Position Summary
Seeking an experienced ADP Payroll System Analyst to support the configuration, administration, integration, and ongoing optimization of ADP across Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Learning, and related workforce systems.
As the workforce expands in Central Texas, this position will play an important role in building scalable HR and payroll processes while ensuring payroll accuracy, HR data integrity, system reliability, and effective integration between ADP and enterprise financial systems.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ADP Payroll/HRIS experience, a strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping processes, and experience supporting integrations between ADP and SAP ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain ADP system configuration across Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Learning, and related HR functions.
  • Support payroll cycle preparation, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain payroll codes, employee payroll data, system rules, and related configuration.
  • Monitor and resolve timecard, shift, overtime, exception, and payroll-related issues.
  • Support payroll/time governance and maintain HR and payroll data quality.
  • Coordinate benefits and 401(k) system configuration and integrations.
  • Maintain mappings between ADP/Concur and SAP, including cost centers, G/L accounts, employee/vendor master data, and payroll/financial posting files.
  • Monitor system interfaces and coordinate troubleshooting and error resolution.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and corporate SAP teams to resolve system and integration issues.
  • Support SAP ERP accounting and HR-related integrations.
  • Participate in end-to-end system and integration testing.
  • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and issue escalation.
  • Support year-end payroll processing and related system activities.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, integration documentation, training materials, and system procedures.
  • Develop and maintain ADP custom reports and perform data validation and reconciliation.
  • Support end users and manage system-related tickets and requests.
  • Assist with additional HR and workforce systems initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting ADP Payroll, HRIS, or related workforce management systems.
  • Strong experience with ADP system configuration and administration.
  • Experience supporting payroll processing, reconciliation, timekeeping, and payroll-related controls.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance processes, including shifts, overtime, timecards, and exceptions.
  • Understanding of payroll-related HR rules, wage/hour requirements, and compliance fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting SAP ERP accounting and/or HR integrations.
  • Strong experience with data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ADP reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting ADP integrations with SAP ERP.
  • Experience with benefits and 401(k) system configuration or integrations.
  • Experience supporting Concur-to-SAP or ADP-to-SAP data mappings.
  • Experience with ADP custom reporting and year-end payroll processing.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or high-growth organization.
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, integrations, or major system enhancements.
