ADP is hiring an Accountant Channel Sales Representative. In this role, you will close sales and win new business exclusively through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You will attend our award‑winning training program and join a sales team selling human resources solutions, making employees’ lives better with high‑quality benefits offerings across the hire‑to‑retire spectrum.

Responsibilities
  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: develop relationships with accounting firms through business partnerships with internal ADP partners, educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions, implement a top‑down sales strategy, run CPA experience meetings to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: help clients understand their needs and recommend the right solutions to solve them, earn referral business through networking and forging partnerships.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross‑sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to accountants, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with CPAs, their clients, and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document them, and stick with the implementation process for sold business until clients are up and running.
Required Qualifications
  • Positive Self‑Starter: upbeat, persistent style, able to follow‑up on leads without fear of rejection, manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multitask; present ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone.
  • Strategic Closer: established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales, track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
  • Proven Winner: ambitious spirit, thrive under pressure, motivate to hit and exceed sales quotas.

Compensation

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. Salary range: $54,300.00 – $117,400.00 per year.
