Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Business Development Executive who thrives in identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic deals. This "hunter" role requires leveraging existing relationships while building new connections through networking, thought leadership, speaking engagements, alliances, and active industry involvement.
You will bring a deep understanding of the business challenges faced by C-level executives and be adept at articulating how Rightpoint's services provide transformative solutions. Beyond closing deals, you will nurture long-term client relationships that fuel sustainable growth.
The Business Development Executive - Adobe Solutions is responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing deals for our suite of experience lead technology solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the company by creating and fostering customer relationships, introducing new prospects, assisting leads with understanding Rightpoint's offerings and developing pipelines and opportunities with strategic partners. This is accomplished by collaborating with internal teams and partnering with clients to determine how to meet customer needs. Additionally, it involves learning from client feedback for future products or services, continually learning the latest Adobe technologies and the product offerings from Rightpoint, and understanding the digital marketing technology ecosystem, including Adobe and other leading industry products and solutions.
What You'll Be Doing and the Impact You'll Make:
  • Consultative Selling & Discovery: Employ strong discovery skills to uncover key business pains, ensuring tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build credibility and trust as a strategic partner to clients and prospects, positioning Rightpoint as a critical extension of their business.
  • Relationship Expansion: Generate new decision-maker relationships and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and networking.
  • End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing complex, consultative sales.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Insight: Integrate comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities and differentiate Rightpoint in the marketplace.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead internal teams and coordinate resources across delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to drive client success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Rightpoint at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing expertise and strengthening our brand presence.

What We'd Love to See:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in consulting, professional services, or technology-driven environments.
  • 2+ years of Adobe Digital Experience Platform sales experience and existing relationships with Adobe sales teams
  • Adobe Sales Accreditations for Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Workfront a plus
  • Proven track record of consistently prospecting, qualifying, and closing large and complex deals.
  • Exceptional ability to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and strategically navigate challenges to close deals.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
