Job Title: Admissions Advisor

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-facing role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, career planning, and enrollment while helping them take the next step toward a career in healthcare.


Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls
  • Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with enrollment steps
  • Present program information, outcomes, and student services
  • Guide students through admissions requirements and financial aid process
  • Participate in recruitment events (open houses, career days, orientations, etc.)
  • Maintain follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and success
  • Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Generate referrals and new leads

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required
  • 0–1 year of admissions, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
