TITLE: Senior Administrator with active TS/SCI (US Citizenship REQUIRED) MAX RATE: $40.87/hr W2 (no health benefits/no paid PTO while on contract, an hour worked is an hour paid) LOCATION: Onsite in Scottsdale AZ 85257 (no relocation package) DURAITON: 12+ month contract or contract to hire CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret/SCI, Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. *** No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED *** GeoLogics is currently seeking a Senior Administrator in our Scottsdale, AZ location. RESPONSIBILITIES With poise, honesty and a strict adherence to confidentiality, you'll provide a full range of administrative support to Directors and/or Senior Managers and their staff. Essentially, you'll manage their calendars, meeting and travel schedules and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve them of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. You'll be expected to demonstrate initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, and precision. It's your chance to be a valuable contributor to a collective success. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience organizing local, domestic, and international travel arrangements while maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travel Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities Ability to foster an environment of trust and teamwork, building collaborative relationships Strong writing and editing skills, vocabulary and grammar Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communications Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 5 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 8 years of administrative or business experience.
