We're seeking a driven, highpotential healthcare professional to join our AdministratorinTraining (AIT) program - a structured, handson pathway that prepares you to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). Under the guidance of an experienced Preceptor, you'll learn every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations and graduate ready to lead your own building.

This is more than a training program - it's a launchpad for longterm leadership within our organization.

Many of our current Administrators began as AITs or internal promotions. When you complete the program and earn your license, you'll step directly into an Administrator role at one of our facilities in Colorado or Nebraska.

We offer comfortable, onsite housing at our Bent County Healthcare Center in Las Animas, CO - making relocation simple and costeffective.

Competitive Compensation
  • During AIT: $25/hr (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • After Licensure: Firstyear Administrators typically start around $90,000
  • Interim Role: After licensure and before placement, you'll work in Admissions, Marketing, or another key administrative function - often at a higher rate than the training stipend

Program Structure

You'll rotate through all major departments, gaining a 360 understanding of SNF operations, including:

  • Clinical operations & quality of care
  • Department head workflows & leadership
  • State & federal regulatory compliance
  • Budgeting, payroll, and financial management
  • Human resources & staffing strategy
  • Marketing, admissions, and census development
