Job description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our Long-Term Care Leadership Team in Columbus Ohio.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

Assist with daily facility operations and administrative duties, learn regulatory compliance, nursing operations, staffing, HR, admissions, budgeting, resident services, census management, employee relations and overall business operations.

Participate in leadership meetings, engage professionally with residents, families, staff and facility leadership to support quality care and positive resident experiences.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

work closely with the facility Administrator and department leaders to learn daily facility operations, billing, and quality improvement.

Assist with maintaining Federal and State long-term care regulatory compliance

professional dependable, and willing to learn all aspects of long-term care operations.

Bachelor's degree or other education meeting applicable AIT requirements preferred.

Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred but not required
