Position Duties
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support for the shelter site. Some specific duties include, but are not limited to responding to internal and external phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining records for compliance, coordinating and ordering supplies and managing timecards.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Two (2) years' administrative experience in a facilities management setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
