The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and providing assistance to [team/department]. Key Responsibilities
  • General Office Support: Manage office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; manage calendars and prepare meeting agendas and minutes as needed.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements; draft and format external correspondence and reports.
  • Expense & Invoice Tracking: Assist with processing expenses and maintaining accurate records for billing and financial tracking.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative assistance on projects, including research, data entry, and basic report preparation.
