Position: Administrative Coordinator, Connected Health Operations

Job Summary:

Penn Medicine Connected Health is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded Administrative Coordinator to support the growing operations of one of the health system’s most innovative care delivery platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to work that expands access to care, improves the patient experience, and supports clinical teams across Penn Medicine.

Connected Health serves as the enterprise umbrella for virtual care, digital health, and telemedicine programs across the University of Pennsylvania Health System. The team brings together clinical, operational, and technology leaders to support programs such as Penn Medicine OnDemand, Virtual Nursing, Penn E-LERT, teleconsults, patient outreach, and specialty telehealth services across inpatient, ambulatory, and direct-to-consumer settings.

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in helping the Connected Health Operations team run smoothly and effectively. By supporting scheduling, communications, meetings, tracking, documentation, and day-to-day coordination, this position helps leaders and team members stay focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and patient-centered virtual care across the health system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Connected Health leadership and program teams.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up items for operational workgroups and leadership discussions.
  • Assist with tracking projects, deadlines, requests, approvals, and action items to support timely execution.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, meeting notes, and shared team resources.
  • Support communication across clinical, operational, technology, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate onboarding, team logistics, scheduling needs, supply requests, and other day-to-day operational activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 3+ years of Administrative Office Experience (required)
