Job description

Job Title: Real Estate Svcs Coordinator (Admin Assist)

Location: Radnor, PA 19087 (ON SITE)

Pay Range: $23 – 24.14/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)

Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-05:00 PM


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across multiple properties. In this role, you will work closely with property managers, tenants, vendors, and utility companies to ensure day-to-day property operations run efficiently. This position is primarily administrative and requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for multiple properties and property managers.

Process and track invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate and prepare contractor documentation and scheduling.

Communicate with utility companies regarding property-related services.

Serve as a point of contact for vendors and assist with vendor coordination.

Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Support energy management initiatives and related administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.

Assist property managers with daily operational and administrative responsibilities.


Required Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Previous experience processing invoices or accounts payable-related tasks.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service experience with tenants, vendors, or clients.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting property management, real estate, or facilities operations.

Experience coordinating with contractors and external vendors.

Knowledge of utility account management or energy management is a plus.


Experience
