Job description

We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Temp! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to spearhead a critical data migration project. This is a high-impact, temporary role where you can showcase your technical expertise in a streamlined, remote environment.

Data Entry Job Duties include:

• System Creation & Migration: Assist in building out a data system and transferring critical information into Patron Manager and JackRabbit.

• Transcription: Read source documents and accurately transcribe alphabetic and numeric information.

• Keyboarding: Complete high-volume entry using keyboards and data processing tools.

• Activity Logging: Maintain a log of completed entries and track progress against project deadlines.

• Document Management: Store and organize digital documents in appropriate cloud locations.

Job Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Software Expertise: MUST have prior experience using Patron Manager and JackRabbit software.

• Speed & Accuracy: Type a minimum of 40 WPM / 6,000 KSPH with a high degree of precision.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant data entry or administrative experience.

• Efficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote capacity to meet a strict 2-week project timeline.

• Detail Oriented: Strong multitasking skills and an eye for catching errors during data transfer.
