Reel Fathers Rights, a rapidly growing family law practice in Southern California, is seeking a legal secretary to join our team. As a legal secretary at Reel Fathers Rights, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and legal tasks, including :

  • Administrative tasks: You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining the office calendar, managing email correspondence, filing legal documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Client communication: You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for communicating with them on behalf of the attorneys. You will need to be able to answer basic legal questions and direct them to the appropriate attorney when necessary.
