Job description

Position Summary:

The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers' needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
  • Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
  • Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred Education:
  • High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years
Additional Requirements:
  • Travel between communities may be required daily.
  • Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company's MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

 

Compensation:

Base Pay Start Rate: $21.35 - $25.87)
