NATURE OF DUTIES:
The Administrative Resident performs assignments requiring trust and accuracy, benefiting both the individual and the organization. They assist in planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating various projects.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Works independently on projects requiring decision-making and initiative.
- Researches and develops communication plans (e.g., presentations, meetings) to update or share progress.
- Conducts data analysis (market, compensation, utilization) using Excel or other tools.
- Attends and presents at leadership, senior leadership, executive, board, and corporate meetings as needed.
- Communicates effectively with patients served.
- Works well in a team under stress, follows supervisor instructions, and maintains consistent attendance.
- Complies with CIS policies, procedures, and Standards of Behavior.
- Develops and implements assigned projects.
- Creates and executes cohesive project plans, ensuring proper contact with stakeholders.
- Handles administrative and operational tasks for assigned projects.
- Supports continuous assessment and improvement of services and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Finish or is obtaining a Masters
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within CIS guidelines.
- Experience planning and maintaining workflow independently.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Pay starting at $60,000
