L'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) assure un role central de soutien administratif, organisationnel et logistique aupres de la direction, de l'equipe et de la clientele. Il/elle contribue au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'organisation et a la qualite de l'accueil, en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des communications, des outils et des processus administratifs. Il/elle agit comme point de contact cle et facilitateur organisationnel, et contribue a la fluidite des operations et a l'atteinte des resultats organisationnels.

Vos responsabilites en tant qu`Adjoint(e) Administratif(ve)
  • Accueil, service a la clientele et communications (50 %) : Accueillir les visiteurs et offrir une premiere experience professionnelle et chaleureuse; Repondre aux appels, courriels et demandes d'information; Orienter la clientele vers les services appropries; Assurer la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant; Maintenir a jour les outils de communication interne et externe.

  • Soutien administratif a la direction et a l'equipe (30 %) : Preparer, mettre en page et organiser des documents administratifs; Soutenir la gestion des agendas, rencontres et salles; Assurer le classement et l'archivage des documents; Mettre a jour les bases de donnees et systemes administratifs; Soutenir les differents services dans leurs besoins administratifs.

  • Soutien aux operations et a la logistique (10 %) : Gerer les fournitures et le materiel de bureau; Assurer la preparation et le bon fonctionnement des espaces de travail; Soutenir l'organisation d'activits ou de rencontres; Contribuer a la fluidite des operations quotidiennes.

  • Soutien administratif de base en gestion financiere (10 %) : Effectuer des taches de comptabilite de base (facturation, depots, suivis); Preparer et compiler des rapports de depenses; Soutenir la gestion administrative financiere sous la supervision de la direction (avec une evolution a moyen terme vers la gestion des paies hebdomadaires et des comptes fournisseurs).

Votre profil
  • Diplome d'etudes professionnelles (DEP) en secretariat ou formation equivalente.

  • Experience pertinente en soutien administratif ou service a la clientele.

  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et des outils comme Planner.

  • Aisance ou interet a apprendre le systeme de paie, Excel avance et les logiciels clients (LGSAT, SIP).

  • Excellente maitrise du francais oral et ecrit.

  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, autonomie, sens de l'initiative et capacite a gerer des priorites multiples dans un environnement dynamique.
