As the primary administrative support partner to the Administrator of Behavioral Health, you will serve as a trusted resource responsible for coordinating executive priorities, managing complex initiatives, and helping ensure operational excellence. This position offers meaningful exposure to organizational leadership, strategic planning, and innovative behavioral health growth initiatives while providing the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.
The Role
As an Administrative Operations, you will play a central role in supporting departmental operations and executive leadership activities within Behavioral Health Administration. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
On a typical day, you will:
  • Partner directly with Behavioral Health leadership to coordinate administrative and operational priorities.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, balancing competing requests and resolving scheduling challenges involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings with senior leaders and executives across UVA Health.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, capture minutes, and track action items through completion.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: 3+ years relevant experience required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The pay range for this role is $19.50 - $38.99 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
