Provide administrative operations support for Navy program office activities, ensuring seamless organizational operations, personnel coordination, travel support, government property control, and executive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily organizational operations and administrative management
  • Coordinate Human Resources actions and employee training activities
  • Manage office equipment inventories and government property accountability
  • Coordinate meetings, all-hands events, and travel arrangements
  • Support payroll processing and security administration activities
  • Produce briefing slides, metrics charts, schedules, and organizational charts
  • Prepare draft correspondence, presentations, issue papers, and reports
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for leadership personnel
  • Develop and distribute organizational metrics and reports
  • Support incoming and outgoing correspondence processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience required
  • 10+ years professional experience preferred
