Administrative Associate

The Administrative Associate will support Executive Leadership with a variety of duties. Mainly, they will assist with scheduling, travel, registrations, expense management, and corresponding within and outside of the organization. The role involves creating complex workflow charts, spreadsheets, databases, macros, and templates, as well as reports, minutes, letters, memos, and forms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare pertinent agendas or materials.
  • Provide resolution to phone inquiries, prioritize issues, and route calls as appropriate.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for a variety of audiences and independently compose email and other correspondence.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations and reports for leadership review.
  • Coordinate and perform status reports, project reports, and other types of information regarding special projects.
  • Monitor department budget and summarize financial reports, including monitoring expenditures, preparing purchase orders, and check requests.
  • Assist in budget development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $34.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
