Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)

Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Office Administrator who is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish. The primary duties of this role will involve supporting recruiters throughout Marathon Electrical with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data: Pull reports and assist with updating and managing Excel spreadsheets.
Project Support: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure employee time entries are completed accurately and on time.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact to assist employees with administrative concerns or questions.
Recruiting Assistance: Provide administrative support to recruiters across the organization.
Required & Preferred Skills
Language Requirement: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing required).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and overall tech-savvy.
