A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsabilities

Portfolio Strategy & Optimization

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the real estate portfolio, including lease commitments, costs, term structure, and risk exposure.
  • Develop portfolio analytics, scenario models, and dashboards to support growth, consolidation, relocation, and exit strategies.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and provide risk-adjusted recommendations considering financial, operational, and market factors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks including lease concentration, term clustering, and cost escalation.

Lease Transactions & Financial Evaluation

  • Lead financial evaluation of lease transactions including renewals, relocations, expansions, and exits.
  • Build transaction models (cash flow, NPV, cost comparisons, sensitivity analysis).
  • Assess deal economics, lease structures, and incentives.
  • Support transaction strategy, negotiations, and lease reviews in partnership with brokers, Legal, and CRE leadership.

Transaction Management & Governance

  • Maintain transaction pipeline and track key lease events, timelines, and approvals.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (brokers, landlords, Legal, internal teams) to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare financial analysis and materials supporting internal approvals and executive decisions.

Lease Administration & Data Integrity

  • Manage lease documentation across the portfolio (agreements, renewals, amendments, notices, estoppels).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of lease data and records.
  • Track critical dates and monitor lease costs (rent, CAM, recoveries).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS 16 / ASC 842 compliance.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with brokers to access market intelligence and validate recommendations through analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and incentive structures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into portfolio strategies and transaction decisions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Law, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of commercial real estate experience across lease administration, transactions, or portfolio strategy.
  • Strong understanding of lease structures, transaction economics, and portfolio risk.
  • Advanced financial modeling (cash flow, NPV, scenario analysis).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with industrial or logistics portfolios
  • Exposure to lease administration or IWMS systems
  • Experience working with brokers and landlords
