Job description

Full-time Service Desk Associate with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Compensation ranging from $47K-$56K annually ($23 to $27 per hour), depending upon experience.
Winters Recreation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by serving as one of the primary points of contact for incoming customer calls, walk-in customers, and service-related support. The Service Desk Associate will assist both in-state and out-of-state customers with warranty claims, service scheduling, product support, and general technical questions while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, coordinating service appointments, managing technician schedules, and communicating service timelines and updates to customers. This role also supports warranty claim processes, work order preparation, and basic troubleshooting assistance to help customers better understand product operation, maintenance recommendations, and service needs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. The Service Desk Associate works closely with the service, parts, and sales departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Accurate documentation of customer interactions, service requests, scheduling updates, and warranty information within company systems is an important part of the role.
Successful candidates should possess excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, technical support, dealership operations, or service administration is preferred but not required.
