We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced office environment! This role provides administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical skills to handle a variety of clerical and office management tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Help set up and order food for client meetings
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and ordering/organizing office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting client communication efforts
  • Assist with phone communication, ensuring proper phone etiquette and effective message taking
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all administrative documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Assist with mass mailings

Experience

  • Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office administration or support roles
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills
