Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our dealership, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pmย

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, scanning, filing, and errands

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or automotive services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
