Join Our Team! Ag Partners is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Agronomy Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Elgin, MN. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced agricultural environment, we'd love to hear from you.
In this full-time role, you'll support our agronomy team by taking orders, answering billing questions, greeting customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Agronomy or agriculture experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer, billing, and inventory records
  • Be the go-to resource for customers and team members at the location
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Answer billing questions and process customer payments
  • Take customer orders and assist with daily office operations
  • Support agronomy sales and operations staff
  • Assist with seasonal projects and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and professional
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for overtime and occasional Saturday mornings during the busy season (April-July)
  • Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.

The starting pay range for those that are new to the business is $22.00 to $23.50 per hour based on job-related skills, background experience, and industry knowledge.
