Asian Family Market is hiring a Store Admin to support daily administrative operations across our Bellevue, Seattle, Tukwila, and Beaverton locations. This role keeps the back-office running smoothly — from scheduling and paperwork to supporting store management with day-to-day admin needs.

What you'll do:

  • Support store management with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related paperwork
  • Process and file vendor invoices, receipts, and store documentation
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
  • Coordinate communication between store locations and the main office
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer/vendor inquiries
  • Assist with maintaining store licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
  • Help reconcile daily cash/register reports and support basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Order office and store supplies as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Prior administrative, office, or retail admin experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
