PRISM Inc is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to manage and optimize mission-critical on-premises and hybrid environments. You will ensure the security, reliability, and high availability of enterprise collaboration and content management systems onsite in Portsmouth, VA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead migrations from On-Premises to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate, SPMT, or Metalogix. Deploy custom web parts and manage solution lifecycles. Configure and maintain SharePoint Server (2016/2019) environments, including web applications, site collections, and service applications (Search, User Profile, Managed Metadata).

Manage Active Directory integrations, user permissions, and security policies. Implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Perform routine health checks, apply patches/Cumulative Updates, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server configurations.

Troubleshoot complex performance issues REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS): 8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar) Bachelor's degree in IT + 7 years of SharePoint administration experience. At least 3 years of specialized experience in On-Premises environment configuration. Proficiency in Central Administration, PowerShell, and automated migration tools.
