Lift Business Resources is partnering with a well-established financial planning firm in Reston, VA to hire a Client Service Administrator. This is a direct hire, in-person opportunity to join a growing, client-focused wealth management team.

Position Overview

The Client Service Administrator is a critical, in-person support role responsible for maintaining client files, preparing reports, facilitating client communications, scheduling meetings, and resolving client service inquiries.

This is an entry to mid-level, task-oriented administrative role that plays an important part in supporting the advisory team and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain organized physical and electronic client files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and distribute client reports, including performance and financial documents

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for advisors and clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client service inquiries and issues
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the advisory team
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and statuses
  • Stay current on relevant technology platforms and internal systems
  • Collaborate with other Client Service Administrators/Associates and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ professionals

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service or administrative roles, preferably within financial services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client information
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a financial services firm or with trust, estate, or legal administration
  • SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 licenses preferred

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $55,000 – $66,000
