This role ensures that enterprise applications, operating system images, and endpoint configurations are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment across the DHA enterprise. The EM Development and Testing System Administrator ensures DHAโ€™s enterprise management solutions are secure, stable, and reliable prior to deployment. By validating packages, patches, and configurations in controlled environments, this role reduces risk, strengthens compliance, and supports consistent enterprise IT service delivery across the Military Health System. Key Responsibilities: * Configure and maintain test and staging environments to validate enterprise management solutions prior to production deployment.
* Support application and package testing, including integration of COTS, GOTS, and enterprise-developed applications into MECM, Intune, and MED365 environments.
* Conduct validation of operating system images, driver packages, and application packages, ensuring compliance with STIGs, IAVM, and DHA configuration standards.
* Perform patch testing and validation to confirm compatibility, compliance, and performance before enterprise-wide release.
* Document test cases, results, and performance benchmarks, providing test reports, after-action findings, and recommendations for enterprise deployment.
* Collaborate with EM Packaging, OSD, and Reporting teams to ensure end-to-end validation of enterprise software and endpoint solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying testing gaps, recommending process improvements, and aligning with enterprise modernization efforts.
