Job Description: The Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, executing programs, and achieving revenue and gross margin goals. The custom team focuses on project-specific orders and works with multiple customers across different departments with various delivery dates. This person is a self-starter with a strong drive to work hard and excel. The Associate Account Manager reports to the Sr. Account Manager or Business Manager. Job Responsibilities:
Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction

Manages custom project requests from assigned accounts

Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with sourcing specialist and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests

Ability to source and quote projects to meet the clients requirements

Manage multiple projects at one time with various internal and external needs

Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery

Achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins

Assists with weekly sales analytics
Qualifications:
1-2 years of account management experience

Proven ability to create strong client relationships

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments

Ability to effectively present and sell solutions and strategies to the client
