The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local CPA firm to add a temporary Admin Assistant to their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 

  • Gathering data from clientsย 
  • Greetings guests
  • Clerical duties such as: Scanning, Filing, Faxing
  • Data entry

REQUIREMENTS:ย 

  • 1-2 years of office/admin experienceย 
  • Legal or CPA office experience a plus

PAY: $17/hour

SCHEDULE:ย 

  • Mon-Friย 
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • (Some weekends may be needed towards end of assignment)
  • Assignment is expected to last through March or April
