Summary
Responsible for providing basic administrative support to assigned department and carrying out various administrative responsibilities based on departmental needs. This role will work as a Spanish interpreter for the judges.
Pay Range: $9.00 - 13.50 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.
  • Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Collect and organize data for projects.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
  • Proficiency in speaking Spanish
