NOW HIRING: RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We're hiring a Receptionist / Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy professional office in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression for clients and guests
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Maintain the office phone system, including updating pre-recorded messages and employee phone lists
  • Process incoming mail and distribute correspondence appropriately
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and other common areas to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and organized
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Coordinate maintenance and service calls for Xerox/copier equipment
  • Arrange office lunches, meetings, and other staff events
  • Perform miscellaneous Microsoft Word formatting and word processing tasks to meet client requirements
  • Type and prepare proposals, reports, and other business documents
  • Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
