LEBANON NORTH NURSING & REHAB, located in Lebanon, Missouri is currently seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our team.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

This role primarily assist with HR/Payroll/Payables and Receptionist

  • Greet visitors

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call

  • Take and deliver messages

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management

  • Schedule appointments and interviews

  • Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Generate reports and other documents

  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

  • Assist with Accounts Payables

  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:

  • Computer and software skills

  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
